Was my order successful?

Once you have paid successful and we will have received the money, we edit your order. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address specified in the order. You can also view your order if youlog in to your account. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact our customer service.

How do i cancel or change my order?

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can change or cancel your orderbefore it is shipped. You can contact us via e-mail.

Where can i enter my promotional code?

Your promotional code can be added to your shopping cart, which you can reach at the top right. When you apply the coupon code, the discount will be automatically deducted from the total. Please note thatyou can only redeem one promotional code per order.
